Windows Ultimate Tweaker é um utilitário freeware que realiza ajustes e otimiza o Windows Vista, 32 e 64 bits e pode ser utilizado como um programa portátil. Com alguns ajustes, ele pode fazer seu sistema rodar mais rápido, mais estável e mais seguro.

O utilitário tem uma interface amigável e fácil de usar, com os ajustes classificados baseados em suas funcionalidades. A maior parte dos ajustes estão ocultos no Vista, mas o programa coloca tudo disponível para você em um só local, com mais de 130 ajustes e apenas 380 KB de tamanho, não requer instalação.

Os ajustes são classificadas em sete categorias e podem ser acessados através de uma interface comum, tal como o Painel de Controle do Windows Vista.
